After a long journey from their home and a drive from O'Hare, our Junior Ambassadors finally stepped into the heart of Illinois to begin their adventure. This first encounter was a beautiful scene of smiling faces and joyful introductions as students met their host families, dedicated committee members, and Mayor Koos. For many of these young travelers, this represents their first time in the United States, marking the start of a week that promises to be filled with discovery and friendship.
