This is a photo from the chaperone's dinner at Kobe Beef Restaurant. This restaurant is 100% American. Chinese owners, Hispanic chef's cooking "Japanese" food. They don't serve Kobe beef but they do serve Sapporo beer. The Bloomington Normal Committee had Sapporo beer, Mr. Yamada had a Budweiser.
